Danielle Gobert Cooley is an independent User Experience consultant with over 12 years of experience in a multitude of user research and usability analysis methods. She has applied her skills to a wide variety of applications, including hardware, Windows, web, telephone, and mobile. Her successful designs have been implemented at such large and small, public and private companies as Pfizer, Sargento Foods, Navy Federal Credit Union, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and MasterCard Worldwide.

Sally Rumsey is Digital Collections Development Manager at the Bodleian Libraries, University of Oxford. Sally leads the group responsible for development of and outreach for the Bodleian Libraries’ internal born-digital and digitised collections. She manages the Oxford University Research Archive (ORA), a sustainable repository for Oxford research publications. She is involved with development of data repository services and other aspects of a research data management infrastructure for the University.

Mark Jordan is Head of Library Systems at Simon Fraser University. His interests include digital preservation, repository platforms, and metadata reuse and exchange. Mark is a contributor to several open source applications and the chief developer of several more. He is the author of Putting Content Online: A Practical Guide for Libraries (Chandos, 2006).

Dr. Milena Dobreva is a Senior Lecturer in the Library, Information and Archive Sciences Department of the Media and Knowledge Sciences Faculty at the University of Malta. She was the Principal Investigator of EC-, JISC- and UNESCO-funded projects in the areas of user experience, digitisation and digital preservation and is a regular project evaluator for the EC. In 2013, she will be co-chairing with Giannis Tsakonas the biggest European research event in Digital Libraries, the 17th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries (TPDL 2013).
