That Cloud computing/storage, specifically that provided by Amazon, is a viable approach to providing shared services with low or uncertain demand. 2. That an automated service for transforming between packaging/aggregation formats for educational content is achievable and viable. Within the second proposition, the pilot will particularly investigate the viability of approaches to transformation that are based on the way packaging/aggregation specifications are actually used rather than their abstract models.
