She has worked in a range of front-facing staff management roles, and has a particular interest in change management and multi-skilling in the library environment. Following a career break, Zoë has returned to library work as an Acquisitions Librarian at the University of Bath, and is currently enjoying getting to grips with new aspects of librarianship.
