Auxiliary Professor at the Computer Science Department of the University of Minho, José Carlos Ramalho has a Masters on 'Compiler Construction' and a PhD on the subject 'Document Semantics and Processing''. He has been managing projects and publishing in the field of Markup Languages since 1995.
