She is also leading impact planning and assessment activities of a national wide library public access computing project in Lithuania, funded by Global Libraries Programme of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Her field of experience includes ICT diffusion and adoption projects, eInclusion initiatives and development of impact assessment frameworks for ICT- related projects and programmes.
