Below is the picture which we first published in Ariadne 22 (December 1999). This photograph comes from one of the breakout sessions at the CLUMPS day in the British Library, March 1999. Very disappointing number of submissions, but a tricky picture to caption. Only one entry worth mentioning, and that one wins the prize. The caption was:
'Focus of Interest Competition: Place an "X" on the photograph at the point which you think is engaging the participant's interest'.
