More info on Web site than I'd realised.

Many [BL services] helpful for information enquiries.

I feel...better equipped to tell our readers what the BL has to offer them - including showing them they can access themselves without going through the library.

More knowledge of what's on site...there are elements to site which could be very useful which we weren't aware of (e.g. education resources).

Will now introduce other staff members to the site and hopefully it will come in handy when dealing with borrowers' enquiries.
