Mertz Library at The New York Botanical Garden where she oversees an exceptional staff and an outstanding collection of print and non-print resources. She also plays a pivotal role in the exhibition programme in the William D. Rondina and Giovanni Foroni LoFaro Gallery. Susan received her MLS from Columbia University and is a member of the Academy of Certified Archivists. She is an active member of the Council of Botanical and Horticultural Libraries (CBHL), having served on the Board from 2005-2008.
