arts specifically in relation to the JISC-funded Kultur Project.</p> </div> </div> </div> <p>Those involved in Higher Education (HE) may have started to sense the approach of Institutional Repositories (IRs). Leaving aside the unfortunate nomenclature, IRs are becoming a fact of life in many educational institutions.
