Well over a thousand libraries around the world now have Web servers (according to <a href="http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Libweb/">Libweb</a>, a directory of library-based Web servers at <a href="http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Libweb/" title="http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Libweb/">http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/Libweb/</a>), and many have public terminals available for accessing the Web.
