As described in the workshop report published in Ariadne [1] the event attracted a total of 95 participants. The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for web editors to meet their peers at other institutions and compare experiences.

issue21 tooled up brian kelly amazon ciac goldsmiths college jisc kings college london microsoft newcastle university open university rnib ukerna ukoln university of bath university of cambridge university of essex university of glasgow university of kent university of oxford university of ulster w3c web accessibility initiative accessibility apache archives authentication browser content management copyright css data database digital media e-business flash higher education html hypertext internet explorer intranet java ldap mailbase metadata mobile ms word multimedia open source opera operating system portal rdf repositories research search technology smil software solaris url video web browser web development web services windows xml xslt Wed, 22 Sep 1999 23:00:00 +0000 editor 645 at http://www.ariadne.ac.uk
