Web 2.0 technologies have allowed information providers to integrate their services in people's existing online spaces, and users expect to be able to synthesise, edit and customise content for their own specific purposes. The keynote address by <strong>Neil McLean</strong> from IMS Australia was called <em>The Ecology of Repository Services: A Cosmic View</em> and it lived up to its name, being a wide-ranging look at the explosion of interest in digital resources and e-learning.
