I authored a book publication considering a wide range of HEI related information needs, 'Delivering E-Learning for Information Services' (Chandos Publishing, 2005), I have also contributed a number of chapters in other publications focused on learning systems in Higher Education. I am broadly familiar with a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods and relevant applications, such as SPSS and NviVo, via my own studies and having supported students in the use of these over the years.
